Pride Festival Description:
The Pacific Pride Foundation's annual pride festival celebrates the beauty and creativity that LBGTQ+ indivudals bring to the world. For this year's pride, the theme centralizes around access, inclusion, and belonging, with ASL translation and Spanish interpretation being added to promote maximum inclusivity. The all-day festival features live entertainment, local food, family friendly activities, and more, all open to the public.
Ice Cream Social Description:
After the Pacific Pride Festival, the following day UCSB's Trans and Queer Commission is organizing an ice cream social for the Isla Vista community. The event is open to all and includes a variety of different games and craft activities available during the day.
